The documentary follows the journeys of ordinary heroes, who have given up their lives to save and sustain those of their fellow man. We see them in their daily lives, sharing their experiences and their commitment to helping others. These volunteers live with refugees on a daily basis, and this film is a collection of their poignant and moving testimonies.
Filmed in July 2022 on the Polish-Ukrainian border, Our Brothers' & Sisters' Keepers takes place in Tesco, once one of the largest Ukrainian refugee camps in Europe. It was forced to close its doors at the beginning of 2023, making these images the camp's only memory.

The documentary also shows how the war has affected the daily lives of Ukrainian civilians, particularly children who have been deprived of their childhood and families who have been separated.
